You have 100 days to return or exchange the item. Please note that customised jewellery pieces cannot been returned as these have been crafted specifically to your requirement. Jewellery that is not customised can be returned anytime within 100 days from the date the order is placed. Engraving is considered as 'customising a ring' and hence engraved rings cannot be exchanged/returned. Please note that we will NOT accept returns for used jewellery. Jewellery returned by you, should be in brand new original condition with the packaging supplied. We recommend using a reliable tracking postal/courier service for returning or resizing any jewellery piece.
